Prepare pre and post contract quantity surveying works, tender documentation & negotiation w/ employer/contractors, prepare EOT, variation orders, interim payment & settlement of final account of various projects, liaise w/ clients, consultants, subcontractors & internal project staff 專上教育：學士學位; 5年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, good co-ordination & interpersonal skills 星期一至六: 上午8時至下午6時, 每週工作6天 (Excellent problem solving, analytical & negotiation skills), (Self-motivated & able to work independently)
薪資：每月$40,000 - $43,000 (Strong team player, able to work under pressure)
