辦公室行政助理 (EA)
Administrative duties (license renewal, billing & expense cycles, draft company announcements, courier). Make travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, greet guests / visitors. Track stocks of office supplies. Assist in planning events / organising catering. Admin support for operations team.
中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Access; Able to multi-task & prioritize projects. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Detail minded.
星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作6天
- 薪資:每月$11,000 - $14,000, 有酌情性花紅, 年假12天 及雙糧
