-To handle daily quality assurance activities
-To conduct Food Shops/manufacturing audit in time according to company requirements
-To review and update processing flow chart and products specification
-To oversee and manage all specifications of our products with risk management approach
-To investigate and handle complaints related to food quality
-Assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-Tertiary education in Business Management / Food Safety or related disciplines
-Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is preferred
-1-2 years relevant working experience in Food manufacturing audit / Supermarket / Food store is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
-Be proactive, self-motivated and work independently
-Good time management skill, well-organized with ————strong analytical mind
-Immediate available is highly preferred
-Fresh graduate is welcome
