-Communicate with branches to ensure smooth accounting operations
-Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable
-Manage daily general accounting duties including input invoices, filing and data entry
-Prepare cheques and other payment instruments for approval
-Maintain Inventory accuracy and system updating
-Prepare month-end accounting report and other analysis report
-Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Form 5/DSE or above with LCCI
Minimum 1 year relevant experience (F&B or retail experience is an advantage)
Fresh Graduate but willing to learn will also be considered
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in ERP software is an advantage
Experience in POS software is an advantage
Willing to learn, detail-minded, independent, careful and responsible, well-organized
