Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain the quality assurance system
Ensure all the approval process and specification of raw material comply with policies and regulations
Lead QA Team and provide suggestion to the teammate
Identify performance gaps and formulate appropriate preventive plans
Handle food safety complaints including sample collection, complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions
Maintain up-to-date food hygiene and safety related information
Handle on audit (QA Part) , and other audit by external parties
Work close with production/Operation team, similar to monitor the daily operation of the factory
Provide hygiene suggestion to front-line staff
Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Food Science / Food Safety or related field
5 year of experience in quality assurance officer position preferable in Food manufacturing industry
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Hard-working, initiative, self motivated and able to work under pressure
Less experience will be considered as QA Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
