Responsible for day-to-day Seafreight import & export operations;E-mail correspondence with customers, carriers, overseas offices and agents,Handle Seafreight bookings and procedure;Completion of invoices/cost note for accounts closing;Coordinate with concerned parties for shipment arrangement.
資歷 :
中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話優先; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂MS Outlook; 懂中英文電腦操作; 懂倉頡/速成輸入法; 具有基本電腦操作知識; Knowledge in import & export declaration is pref.;1 year or above Seafreight operation exp.
待遇 :
每月$13,000 - $14,000, 有超時工作津貼, 勤工獎金, 年假14天, 銀行假期, 醫療福利, 膳食津貼 及年終獎金, 一至五:上午9時至下午6時,六:上午9時至中午12時,每週工作5天至5天半,每天工作 9 小時(Able to work independently,, well-organized,detail-oriented,Immediately available pref.)
