Being a Muay Thai Instructor about 10 years, passionate gymnast and badminton lover, I did not shy away from hard work. However, my rigorous training regimen left my body with a long-term injuries, especially in my neck and upper back.
To my delight, I found that yoga had an amazing impact on helping me to heal these injuries, allowing me to continue to perform and become an even stronger.
So that, I have start yoga in 2017 in a quest to find my next physical challenge and be a yoga teacher in 2022
